TAIWAN EXTENDS VISA-FREE ENTRY FOR FILIPINOS
From August 1, 2021, visa-free entry for Filipino nationals will be extended for one more year until July 31, 2022.
Kindly take note that the said visa-free policy extension to Filipinos until July 31, 2022, does not indicate an opening-up of Taiwan to foreign tourists amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Existing travel regulations for leisure travel set by Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) must still be strictly followed.
