The following persons shall be allowed to travel to Siargao on a point-to-point basis from areas under GCQ and/or MGCQ subject to the guidelines, strict health protocol requirements going to Siargao.

Fully vaccinated individuals over 65 years of age
Fully vaccinated individuals with immunodeficiencies, comorbidities, or other health risks
Fully vaccinated pregnant women
Pregnant, and persons with comorbidities or immunodeficiencies are not allowed to travel except for Returning Surigaonons subject to Cebu Pacific Siargao requirements or any airline company’s discretion.
Part of the requirements to enter Siargao is the S-PASS. Surigao del Norte is strictly implementing the usage of Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) through the S-PASS in lieu of travel pass and/or acceptance letters that are usually being issued by the City/Municipality of destination.

Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test released within forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) days prior to arrival in the province
Children who are seventeen (17) years old and below are exempted from the presentation of a negative result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test
Valid Identification Card or any proof of residency in Surigao del Norte.
