Entry into Singapore via Air Travel Pass
All visitors applying to enter Singapore under the Air Travel Pass must purchase travel insurance for COVID-19-related medical treatment and hospitalization costs in Singapore, with a minimum coverage of S$30,000.
With immediate effect, short-term visitors with travel history to Taiwan within the last 21 days before departure for Singapore, can apply for an Air Travel Pass (ATP) for entry into Singapore on or after 12 August 2021.
Passengers must apply for the ATP between 7 to 30 calendar days prior to their entry into Singapore. It takes around 3 working days for an ATP application to be processed, and passengers are encouraged to factor in the time required when booking their flights.
Successful applicants will be subjected to a COVID-19 test upon arrival in Singapore in lieu of a Stay-Home Notice (SHN).
